Capgemini is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead and support initiatives in Claims Assessment and PEGA-based solutions, aiming to automate and optimize claims operations for insurance or healthcare clients by leveraging PEGA capabilities and deep domain expertise.
Requirements
- 5 years of handson experience with PEGA PRPC v8x or higher preferred
- PEGA certifications CSA CSSA or LSA strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of claims lifecycle adjudication rules and compliance requirements
- Experience in integrating PEGA with external systems APIs databases etc
- Applies scientific methods to analyse and solve software engineering problems
- He/she is responsible for the development and application of software engineering practice and knowledge, in research, design, development and maintenance
- The software engineer builds skills and expertise of his/her software engineering discipline to reach standard software engineer skills expectations for the applicable role, as defined in Professional Communities
Responsibilities
- Design and implement PEGAbased workflows and decisioning systems to automate and optimize claims operations
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements leveraging PEGA capabilities
- Perform system testing UAT support and production deployment activities
- Provide postimplementation support and continuous improvement recommendations
- Lead endtoend claims assessment processes including intake validation adjudication and resolution
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Mentor junior consultants and developers on PEGA best practices and claims domain knowledge
Other
- 6 years of experience in claims assessment insurance healthcare or financial services
- Excellent problemsolving communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and lead crossfunctional teams
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and clientspecific standards in claims handling
- His/her work requires the exercise of original thought and judgement and the ability to supervise the technical and administrative work of other software engineers
