Capgemini is seeking a Pega Developer to design, develop, and maintain a Claims Management Application, aiming to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient solutions aligned with business requirements for their clients.
Requirements
- Strong handson experience in Pega PRPC v8x or above
- Expertise in case management decision rules and Pega integrations
- Proficiency in Java for backend logic and integration
- Experience with JavaScript for UI customization and dynamic behavior
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and DevOps practices
Responsibilities
- Design and implement Pega PRPC applications for Claims processing ensuring compliance with business rules and workflows
- Develop and configure Pega case types flows activities data pages and integrations
- Integrate Pega applications with external systems using SOAPREST APIs and custom connectors
- Utilize Java and JavaScript for custom components UI enhancements and integration logic
- Perform unit testing debugging and performance tuning of Pega applications
- Collaborate with business analysts and architects to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Ensure adherence to best practices coding standards and security guidelines
Other
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams
- Pega CSACSSA certification preferred
- Knowledge of Claims domain and related workflows is a plus
- Provide production support and resolve application issues promptly
- Works in the area of Software Engineering, which encompasses the development, maintenance and optimization of software solutions/applications.
