Cognizant is looking to hire a PEGA RPA Developer to design, develop, and implement automation solutions, monitor RPA processes, and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth operation and meet business requirements.
Requirements
- Experience in designing & developing automation solutions using PEGA RPA
- Must have 4+ years of proven development experience working on live projects in PEGA RPA
- Strong knowledge of PEGA RPA Studio and Robot Manager
- Hands on experience in writing custom C-Sharp scripting for the RPA processes
- Hands-on experience in writing Oracle PL/SQL scripting for reporting requirements
- Must Certified in Pega Robotics System Architect
- Experience with other RPA tools like UiPath is plus
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement automation workflows using PEGA RPA Studio
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of automation workflows to ensure they meet business requirements and are free of defect
- Set up the Pega RPA environment (software installation, installation of related technologies such as Splunk/logging etc.)
- Monitor RPA processes running on cloud platforms Azure and AWS and ensure their smooth operation
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to RPA processes in a timely manner
- Assist in deployment of new PEGA RPA processes and updates to existing ones.
- Work independently and conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and recommend long term solutions
Other
- Work with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for automation projects
- Provide technical support to end users and stakeholders, addressing their queries and concerns
- Maintain documentation for RPA support activities, including incident reports, troubleshooting guides, and user manuals
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in PEGA RPA technologies
