Ennismore is looking for a People & Culture Intern to assist in all facets of the People & Culture function across the Americas region, to support the recruitment process, onboarding, People Technology, and benefits projects, and to maintain and update team members' records and HRIS databases.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Strong in Microsoft PowerPoint & Excel
- Ability to develop and roll out tools for the team to ensure consistency and achievement of deliverables to all stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, resume (CV) screening, and shortlisting candidates for the hiring teams.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Assist with People Technology and benefits projects as needed.
- Maintain and update team members' records and HRIS databases.
- Help create, organize, and promote team member engagement activities and initiatives.
- Work closely with the VP of People & Culture, Americas and varying members of the Americas People & Culture team on special projects and reports.
Other
- Undergraduate or graduate student working towards a Hospitality degree with a focus on HR or Administration
- Hospitality experience required
- Self-starter with a can-do attitude
- Great communicator with stakeholders across a business at any level
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
