Workhuman is seeking a People Data Analyst to help organizations better understand, recognize, and support their people by translating complex workforce data into actionable insights that drive meaningful organizational outcomes.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience working with HR data (e.g., engagement surveys, retention, turnover, performance, recognition, DEI, or other people-related metrics).
- Proficiency in data manipulation and visualization tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, Looker, Quicksight, or Power BI.
- Applied HR/people data analysis experience.
- Visualization & reporting experience.
- Client impact experience partnering with HR leaders, people analytics teams, or business executives.
- Understanding of organizational psychology principles, employee motivation theories, workplace behavior patterns, and HR metrics is preferred.
- Advanced degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Human Resources, Social Sciences (Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology), Statistics, Data Science, or related field is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Translate complex workforce data into compelling stories and actionable recommendations.
- Partner with I/O psychologists, data scientists, and product experts to bridge advanced analytics and customers.
- Work with HR/People data such as engagement surveys, retention, turnover, performance, recognition, DEI, and other people-related metrics.
- Develop dashboards, reports, or visualizations that simplify complex people data for business stakeholders.
- Apply analytics in organizational or workplace contexts to influence talent, culture, or organizational decisions.
- Deliver findings to executive or non-technical audiences in a clear, compelling way.
- Conduct analyses on workforce or HR datasets that influence talent, culture, or organizational decisions.
