The People Services + Technology team is looking for an experienced Compensation product leader to partner with our People teams to drive optimization through process, data and technology solutions for Compensation.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of deep expertise in various HRIS systems
  • 5+ years of Program Management experience delivering HR systems solutions and managing broad stakeholder groups
  • Demonstrated experience conducting design workshops with global business partners
  • Ability to use data and analysis to drive decision-making and prioritization crossing multiple functions
  • Experience crafting effective business requirements
  • Proven success in creating efficient business processes and willing to challenge the status quo
  • Experience implementing third party and first party custom solutions

Responsibilities

  • Leverage deep Compensation tools and programs expertise to evaluate and recommend solutions to solve business problems.
  • Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis of key performance indicators in an effort to see opportunities for improvement in the existing business model, processes, and structure.
  • Prioritize features and capabilities through direct input with the user community in partnership with cross-functional partners.
  • Collaborate with business partners and regional counterparts to efficiently detail requirements and drive implementation activities.
  • Drive the flawless execution of Total Rewards solution implementations
  • Build effective presentations for executive updates regarding Total Rewards solutions
