CACI is modernizing Human Capital Management for federal customers by replacing a 20+ year old legacy system with Oracle PeopleSoft, aiming to reduce interdependent systems and introduce user self-service.
Requirements
- Three (3) years of technical development experience with PeopleSoft™ HRMS ERP including recent experience with PeopleSoft™ 9.x
- Five (5) years’ experience in developing, prototyping, and testing solutions for information systems implementation
- Two (2) years of experience with ORACLE and SQL commands.
- Technical development experience with Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) technology.
- Technical development experience implementing PeopleSoft™.
- Certified PeopleSoft™ training : PeopleTools I, PeopleTools II, PeopleCode, Workflow, Integration Broker, App Engine, Component Interface, PeopleSoft™ HRMS, PeopleSoft™ Portal, PeopleSoft™ Enterprise Learning Management, PeopleSoft™ Supply Chain Management
Responsibilities
- Drive technical solution design, development, deployment/cutover, and implementation covering all technical aspects of the PeopleSoft implementation lifecycle
- Provide hands-on technical solutions to business challenges & translates them into process/technical solutions
- Provide technical development, utilizing PeopleTools, and system design skills.
- Work with the Requirements Analysts to understand user stories and deliver feature/capabilities each sprint
- Analyze the impacts of vendor-provided updates and upgrades to the system;
- Work with Product Owner and Requirements Analyst to suggest novel approaches to problems to minimize customizations of the product.
- Provide production support by analyzing, designing, programming, and testing solutions to complex production problems.
