Client is looking for a strong technical analyst to join our PeopleSoft Corporate HR International Data Project to extend robust HR functionality to non-US team member populations and roll out functionality to Managers and Team Members in India and the Philippines.
Requirements
- significant PeopleSoft experience as an analyst with experience in the areas of Core HR, manager self-service and team member self-service.
- Experience working in the fluid environment of PeopleSoft version 9.2
- experience with Gideon Taylor eForms is a huge plus
Responsibilities
- Acts as a liaison between client area and technical organization by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of the most complex, strategic, corporate-wide business problems to be solved with automated systems.
- Provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements.
- Participates in transforming strategic enterprise architecture and design principles into specific system requirements and specifications.
- Recommends and initiates systems testing.
- Acts as the highest-level internal consultant within technology and business groups by re-engineering technical processes for greater efficiencies with significant impact to the business.
- contribute to design decisions, draft detailed FSDs, and to create test plans and scripts.
- Execute the testing, participating in system, integration, and user acceptance testing, working with a knowledgeable team of both systems personnel and business partners.

- Works with user groups to provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs, and recommend changes.
- Directs and serves as a mentor to less experienced staff.
