Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with PeopleSoft customizations, upgrades, and patching
- 5+ years of experience working with PeopleSoft HCM and/or Financials modules
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with PeopleSoft development and support
- Proficiency with PeopleTools components such as Application Designer, Application Engine, and Component Interface
- Experience with PeopleSoft tools like PeopleCode, Application Engine, and Integration Broker
- Strong technical expertise in PeopleSoft
- Experience with PeopleSoft modules like Payroll, Time & Labor, Benefits, Absence Management, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable
Responsibilities
- Lead using your blend of technical expertise in PeopleSoft and leadership skills
- Be proficient in PeopleSoft tools like PeopleCode, Application Engine, and Integration Broker
- Have experience with PeopleSoft modules like HCM and Financials
- Guide teams and manage projects
- Collaborate with leading solution providers
- Leverage experience in strategy, process design, technology enablement, and operational services
- Enable heart-of-the-business solutions

- Bachelor’s degree
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship
- Hybrid Work Model: Operate under a hybrid system requiring residence within a commutable distance to one of the US Delivery Center locations
- Co-location Expectation: Spend up to 30% of working time co-located at an assigned office
- Travel Requirement: Maximum of 10% overnight travel for client or project purposes
