Wolters Kluwer DXG U.S., Inc. seeks a Performance Test Engineering - Product Engineer IV to lead performance engineering efforts, build, execute, analyze, and report on performance tests for software solutions, and identify performance issues and bottlenecks.

Responsibilities
- Lead the Performance Engineering team and drive the effort to build, execute analyze and report on Performance Tests for the software solutions developed by Development Teams.
- Design the test strategy planning and publishing actionable insights and making recommendation to Development Teams.
- Drive and lead the team including Development, Quality and Project Management with outcome based planning, while doing work breakdown for a Non Functional requirements, Script
- Reviews and provide feedback on estimations, implementation.
- Partner with Development Lead to understand the Non Functional requirements, and help identify performance issues and bottlenecks.
- Partner with Product Managers and share actionable insights like response time, throughput and user experience.
- Partner with Technology and Quality leadership and be an advocate of technical vision, and champion the cause of good Performance Testing practices;
