PACCAR is looking for talented individuals to join their PACCAR Financial Team for 2026 to support Credit, Sales, and Marketing functions by managing complex data sets, developing analytic models, utilizing AI and Machine Learning, and presenting results to senior leadership.
Requirements
- SQL Server and Relational Databases
- MS Access
- Analytic programming languages (e.g., R, Python, etc.)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; capable of advanced functions in MS Excel.
Responsibilities
- Assisting in the development of analytic models and validation of supporting data
- Supporting integration of AI technologies into business processes
- Creating KPI reporting dashboards using Tableau
- Assisting with month-end and ad hoc reporting on credit transactions and portfolio quality
- Developing Methods to evaluate return on investment for the new analytics models.
- Enhance access to data from new/recently implemented business systems.
- Effectively communicate analytic results that demonstrate business impacts.

- Currently pursuing a degree in Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Business, Finance, or other related field
