Requirements

- quality control of NEA modeling
- driving Plant Health Dashboard improvements

Responsibilities
- own performance metrics, Down Time Editing (DTE) platform management, and service request coordination
- analyzing performance data to direct operational teams toward units contributing most to Key Performance Indicators
- investigating root causes, and ensuring focus on high-impact reliability issues
- managing regional ownership of the event response process
- assisting investigations through QI documentation
- conducting Performance Impact Category analysis
- owning GADS reporting
