Requirements
- Fluent articulation and understanding of Gen AI
- Cloud engineering knowledge (AWS or Azure or GCP) to complement scaling of AI solutions in client ecosystems
- Experience with AI/analytics Client engagements in the US with Fortune 500 clients
- Experience consulting with Healthcare/Pharma clients
- Experience in Gen AI development and deployment of solutions in any industry
- Strong commercial acumen, excellent storytelling abilities, map client challenges to Fractal's capabilities and link them to business outcomes, engage with VPs, Senior Directors
- Experience with proposal development and client presentations is highly desirable
Responsibilities
- Deliver programs with Agentic AI transformation across Field-force transformation, omnichannel commercial excellence, marketing analytics, next best action, content tagging, patient service/ Fieldforce Copilot Programs leveraging Gen AI, AI, MLOp, LLM ops, Cloud engineering from India
- Drive proposal development and client presentations using latest and greatest, actively contributing to business development efforts
- Develop comprehensive account plans aligned with organizational goals and client strategies to drive QBRs, MBRs, JBPs
- Manage account utilization and margins, handle client escalations, and represent the full Fractal portfolio, demonstrating expertise in AI, Engineering & Design, Behavioral sciences, and pharmaceutical analytics solutions
- Build in-depth knowledge of client business priorities, challenges, and initiatives, translating these into actionable opportunities
- Drive superior client value-add in client environment and drive significant growth in existing client accounts by driving ideas, opportunities, strategic account planning, relationship management and executing on account plans for the year
- Independently drive (Deliver & Grow) to $5MN+ annual revenue in consulting and delivery for Fortune 50 Pharma clients
Other
- Regular in-person presence at our Fractal office in New York City as well as on-site visits to client locations
- 12-15 years proven track record of success in driving AI/analytics Client engagements in the US with Fortune 500 clients
- 5+ years minimum experience consulting with Healthcare/Pharma clients
- 1+ year in Gen AI development and deployment of solutions in any industry
- Strong people leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards common goals
- Ability to think on your feet, comfortable with ambiguity, and effective in a cross-functional environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
