Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in business, information technology, engineering, or a related field.
- Interest in business analysis, consulting, or digital transformation.

Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to define business requirements, using Design Thinking methodology to uncover improvement areas in people, processes, and technology.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across MPS and Molex Digital, gaining experience in leveraging business and technical expertise to support digital solutions.
- Stay up to date with emerging digital trends, technologies, and best practices, and contributing to discussions on their potential adoption.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of digital initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvement.
- Support stakeholders in data literacy, data governance, and self-service analytics to empower informed decision-making.
