The RealReal's Authentication Centers need to process, authenticate, and photograph luxury consignment items efficiently to prepare them for listing on their website. This role specifically addresses the need for high-quality product photography to showcase item condition.
Requirements
- Proficiency with Mac iOS and Google Suite
Responsibilities
- Take photos of the mannequin from different angles using a remote control (camera settings are pre-programmed; no adjustments to settings are required)
- Assist with the movement of physical product through the studio
- This role is performed in a studio with flashing lights of varying frequency and intensity and requires the use of multiple screens (camera, laptop, monitors, etc.) and may be triggering for those with photosensitivity.

- Ensure product is handled to the highest quality standards
- Dress a mannequin quickly and efficiently, according to TRR company styling guidelines
- Achieve hourly and daily quota requirements
- Maintain an organized and tidy workspace
- 6+ months of experience working in a warehouse production environment
- Proven ability to excel in a high-volume, repetitive, quota-driven environment
- Self-motivation and a drive to achieve results
- Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills
- Adaptability and openness to change
- Ability to regularly lift and move up to 25 pounds (dressing and lifting mannequins, moving product, etc.)
- Ability to stand for a minimum of 8 hours at a time
- Ability to read and write in English
- Ability to work weekends as needed
