CACI is supporting a customer with the implementation of a Commercial-Off-the-Shelf (COTS) Financial and Acquisitions System, Momentum. The company needs to develop and implement complex solutions to support the evolving needs of their customers by querying data using Oracle SQL and stored procedures and presenting it via custom BIRT and Business Objects reports. The role will also help manage the database, ensuring optimal performance and integrity.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Oracle SQL and PL/SQL, including stored procedures.
- DBA experience required for database management and performance tuning.
- Design and development experience with Business Intelligence and Reporting Tool (BIRT).
- Design and development experience creating dashboards through Business Objects, Pentaho, Cognos, etc.
- Working Technical knowledge of CGI Momentum Financials software.
- 5 years of technical experience in system design, development, and production support of large applications/systems.
Responsibilities
- Query data using Oracle SQL and stored procedures.
- Design, develop, and test custom BIRT reports to meet customer objectives.
- Design, develop, and test underlying universe or framework to support ad hoc reporting.
- Respond to data calls against the customer’s financial management and contract writing data.
- Assist in managing the database, including performance tuning and maintenance.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data presented in reports.
- Provide subject matter expertise in support of reports technical activities.
