Plaid aims to improve the way people interact with their finances by building tools and experiences for developers, which in turn power services used by millions for financial health. The company is looking for engineers to contribute to its distributed systems and API development.
Requirements
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Go, Python, Java, TypeScript, etc.)
- Experience building meaningful software projects
- A strong foundation in computer science fundamentals
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and launch production-grade systems, APIs, and services
- Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and operational excellence practices
- Contribute to high-impact projects from day one
- Work on internal distributed systems framework
- Build out the newest version of our API
Other
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field, with a graduation date between Winter 2025 and Spring 2026 OR less than 1 year of professional working experience as a software engineer
