Improve reliability and troubleshooting of critical equipment by reviewing and improving task instructions, data associated with critical equipment, and system documentation.

Requirements

  • Strong technical aptitude
  • Must be at least a second-year student of Technical, General Education, Education, Associates, Electronics, Electronics Technology, Military, Industrial, Applied Science, Community College, related trade field, or engineering field.
  • Ability to use standard office equipment such as PC, printer, telephone, calculator, and copy and fax machines.

Responsibilities

  • Provides assistance with the review and improvement of task instructions for maintenance activities in our Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system.
  • Review data associated with our critical equipment in our Process Information (Pi) System.
  • Review critical system documentation for accuracy to improve reliability and troubleshooting.
  • Participate in technical, chemistry and engineering due diligence.
  • Work alongside experienced plant personnel to provide value and learn new skills and modern O&M methods.
  • Provides assistance with review and completion of preventative maintenance activities.

  • The job will be a mix of activities requiring sitting in an indoor office environment and working outdoors.
  • This job also requires the need to visually read various written materials including but not limited to paper documents and computer monitors.
  • The job may also require standing, bending, walking, lifting to 75 lbs., carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing, kneeling and crouching.
