Improve Navy Tactical Networks by developing and evolving Platform Application Services
Requirements
- Knowledge of systems architecture and infrastructure design, including scalability, resilience, and interoperability
- Ability to analyze, design, and optimize systems that involve compute, storage, networking, and applications working in concert
- Knowledge of architecting DevSecOps and Cloud engineering environments
- Experience with Agile frameworks
- Experience with Consolidated Afloat Network Enterprise Services (CANES)
- Knowledge of systems engineering and Agile development
- Experience with Cloud engineering environments
Responsibilities
- Lead development of Platform Application Services
- Design and develop systems for Navy tactical networks
- Evolve systems with advanced technology solutions
- Drive integration strategies and troubleshoot complex system interactions
- Develop new major releases for Consolidated Afloat Network Enterprise Services (CANES)
- Analyze, design, and optimize systems that involve compute, storage, networking, and applications working in concert
- Convey complex system designs and integration strategies to stakeholders, engineers, and executive leadership
Other
- 10+ years of experience supporting engineering of Information Technology systems for a DoD or government agency
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Physical Science
- Ability to work in a team environment and lead technical subject matter experts
- Willingness to participate in interviews and assessments on camera
