NorthMark's Graduate Engineering Program aims to solve the business problem of developing new engineering talent by providing a structured, hands-on introduction to engineering at scale, focusing on rapid growth, continuous learning, and meaningful contribution from day one. This program addresses the need for skilled engineers in areas like software engineering, infrastructure automation, platform development, network operations, and high-performance compute environments.
Requirements
- software engineering
- infrastructure automation
- platform development
- network operations
- high-performance compute environments
- Infrastructure-as-Code
- observability
- CI/CD
- security tooling
- automation
- developer enablement
- data analytics
- infrastructure operations
Responsibilities
- You’ll work across domains such as software engineering, infrastructure automation, platform development, network operations, and high-performance compute environments.
- You will gain exposure to the full product lifecycle, from strategy and discovery through to delivery and continuous improvement.
- You will work closely with engineering, design and commercial teams to help shape product roadmaps, ensuring we build the right solutions for the right problems.
- As an HPC Architecture Graduate, you will help explore, evaluate and benchmark emerging technologies across the full computer architecture stack, including compute, networking and storage.
- You’ll contribute to projects that improve how we provision, monitor, and operate networks at scale, while learning best practices in Infrastructure-as-Code, observability, and CI/CD.
- As a graduate DevSecOps Security Engineer, you’ll join a growing team focused on improving the security posture of our build pipelines, open-source dependencies and runtime environments.
- You’ll help integrate and analyze data from our Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) systems, collaborating with architects and engineers to develop insights that improve operational efficiency, capacity planning and system visibility.
