Develop, manage, and secure a container platform that meets client needs and takes advantage of cloud capabilities for Booz Allen
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in the development of tools and processes to drive DevOps or DevSecOps maturity
- 5+ years of experience with setting up, troubleshooting, triaging, and resolving issues for CI/CD pipeline failures or slowness with automation tools
- 4+ years of experience with developing, managing, and securing containers such as Kubernetes or Docker
- 3+ years of experience with setting-up AWS environments and using AWS or Azure tools, including IAM management, EC2, Terraform, or CloudTrail
- Knowledge of scripting language Linux Shell Script
- Knowledge of various databases, including NoSQL and SQL
- Knowledge of using message brokers such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS, or SNS
Responsibilities
- Develop container management software to solve clients' toughest challenges
- Improve client environment with current container software to ensure seamless orchestration
- Inform strategy and design while ensuring standards are met throughout the containerization process
- Recommend resources to help clients manage and securely adopt containers
- Support the development of critical cloud platforms
- Automate builds, regression testing, monitoring, and pushing releases across environments
- Troubleshoot, triage, and resolve issues for CI/CD pipeline failures or slowness with automation tools
Other
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree or 8+ years of experience in DevOps in lieu of a degree
- Top Secret clearance (nice to have)
- Master's degree (nice to have)
- Experience with presenting technical concepts to audiences (nice to have)
