Texas Capital is looking to transform the bank by developing and configuring platforms to drive efficiency and automation, deliver digital experiences, process automation, and improve client delivery processes.
Requirements
- Experience working with teams and driving customer journeys.
- Experience with cloud solutions is highly desired.
- Recent hands - on experience using programming languages such as Python, Java Spring boot, AWS cloud and SQL
- Experience using Microsoft Azure Dev Ops is a plus.
- Experience working with data.
- Platform experience with any of the following platforms is a plus: ACBS, Sageworks, Nautilus, LaserPro, Docusign, Q2, Weiland, EPP, Signature, FiServ Platforms, Oracle Platforms, Archer, is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Configure Workflows, systems, dashboards, scorecards, user interfaces across multiple platforms in one of our domains.
- Participate in gathering and defining platform requirements.
- Design and Implement Integrations across multiple vendor platforms leveraging APIs and possibly custom developed applications.
- Administer user roles and profiles for all platforms, including creating new roles and profiles, setting prescribed user permission, security settings, access settings.
- Design operational workflow process and propose areas for optimization.
- Perform new feature exploration of platform to determine feature-fit for strategic and tactical program activities.
- Address planned and unplanned production issues, coordination, maintenance, communication and business support.
Other
- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
- 1-10 years of experience working in supporting multiple software projects in various IT roles such as Platform Engineer, Software Engineer, Technical Lead, Product Owner, Configurator.
