The company is looking to build and scale generative and agentic AI solutions across the enterprise.
Requirements
- Experience with at least one of the following: Microsoft Copilot/Copilot Studio, Salesforce Einstein/Agentforce, IBM Watsonx/Assistant or similar enterprise AI platform.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Automate or similar enterprise automation platform used to automate workflow across platforms.
- Familiarity with integrating generative AI solutions (e.g., Copilot/OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, etc) into workflows or applications.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML), and enterprise integration patterns.
- Experience with prompt engineering or agentic AI design patterns (preferred).
- Familiarity with DevOps or CI/CD practices for low-code platforms (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), and Salesforce Agentforce.
- Develop connectors, plugins, and orchestration flows that integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems and APIs.
- Rapidly prototype and iterate on AI use cases, balancing speed with maintainability and governance.
- Contribute to the development of reusable components, templates, and best practices for AI solution delivery.
- Support team members with technical guidance and code reviews.
