Deel is looking to solve the problem of developer productivity and create a seamless developer experience for its internal teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with Node.js or any other language
- Solid Kubernetes, Helm and Docker experience (minimum 2+ yrs required)
- General AWS or similar cloud experience
- Experience with Postgres/Mysql, RabbitMq/Nats/Kafka
- Experience building complex CI/CD pipelines
- Experience in building observability toolchain: logs, metrics
- Experience building internal tooling: npm packages, frameworks (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Participate in product planning from discovery to deployment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop robust new features and API's
- Ensure customers receive a white-glove experience with Deel's products
- Build complex CI/CD pipelines using Github Actions and ArgoCD
- Build observability toolchain: logs, metrics
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Orchestrate projects across 20+ teams
