Credit One Bank is looking to enhance its internal development platforms by hiring a Platform Engineer to support, maintain, and improve them, focusing on cloud-native technologies, automation, and infrastructure.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Linux (RHEL)
- Familiar with a programming or scripting language
- Have a basic understanding of cloud computing
- Able to utilize version control tools like Git along with a strong understanding of merging and branching code.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes or OpenShift
- Exposure to Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform
- An understanding of basic networking concepts
Responsibilities
- supporting containerized application deployments with Docker and Kubernetes and support of our internal platforms
- contribute to CI/CD pipeline development
- help build automation scripts
- monitor system performance
- assist with implementing Infrastructure as Code
- maintaining monitoring and logging systems
- providing technical support for internal tools
Other
- Have 1-2 years of experience in a Software Development, DevOps or Platform Engineering role
- Possess critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Must possess excellent listening and communication skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
