Aflac is looking for a candidate to perform advanced customization and extension of their platform, workflow and process automation, integration with external systems and APIs, performance tuning, and utilization of advanced modules or extensions to meet company requirements.
Requirements
- Advanced Customization and Extension of Platform

- Utilization of Advanced Modules or Extensions
- Minimum of 2 years ServiceNow administration and development
- Minimum of 2 years Javascript
Responsibilities
- Monitors performance, resolves problems, & manages component capacity issues
- Design, test, develop, configure, & maintain integrations to platform’s applications
- Adhere to the platform’s security and coding standards for resilience, data, and security
- Review business requirements to deploy the best solution, including configuring, coding, & debugging
- Deploy and configure platform applications tailored to company needs
- Design technical solutions, configure/customize, test, maintain the platform applications to meet company requirements
Other
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field
- Two or more years of experience in release practices and environments or other related experience
- Or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- May be required for a final interview
- Work closely with cross-functional departments to communicate statuses & technical proposals
