Responsibilities
- Utilize AI and Machine Learning processing of event and log data to identify anomalies, look for usage patterns, and simplify troubleshooting processes.
- Engage with software engineering to define Identity solution requirements.
- Deliver solutions through building environments and application stacks in AWS using Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) through automated and repeatable patterns.
- Define and build health monitoring and dashboards to assess and analyze Identity solution health, performance and end user experience.
- Automate Identity management processes to increase speed of delivery and advance scalability and reliability for zero downtime.
