The Platform team at CNA is looking to improve its industry-leading ecommerce platform by brainstorming, building, and testing new initiatives, refining existing functionality, and bringing forward-thinking innovations to life to enhance the user experience for their brand partners and customers.
Requirements
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Responsibilities
- Support the team in analyzing platform performance and identifying areas for improvement
- Assist in developing solutions to optimize platform efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes
- Provide support in configuring and maintaining the platform
- Participate in troubleshooting platform-related issues and propose solutions
