Requirements
- Strong experience leading Agile software development teams using SCRUM
- Experience in P&C insurance, Medical Record Summarization, Record Retrieval or related domains
- Certifications such as PMP, Certified ScrumMaster/Product Owner/Agilest
- Ability to quickly read and write technical specifications and documentation
- Experience with AI transformation initiatives
- Experience with generative AI capabilities
- Experience with cross-functional Analytics/AI teams
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain platform product roadmap aligned with business unit financial objectives and strategic direction
- Develop and maintain short and long-term platform roadmap through partnership with Sr. Business stakeholders, Sr. IT stakeholders, and platform development team
- Drive execution and delivery of roadmap projects from ideation phase to delivery and transition phases
- Own end-to-end delivery of major, multi-year software development projects
- Blend traditional project management principles with Agile development approach for both large, complex, mission-critical projects and small, high-value, time-sensitive initiatives
- Oversee execution and delivery of active projects while maintaining forward-thinking strategic perspective
- Translate business requirements into actionable platform development initiatives
Other
- Bachelor's degree required (Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field)
- 10+ years of experience in a software development leadership roles of increasing responsibility
- Proven track record of being results oriented with demonstrated ability to achieve aggressive goals
- Demonstrated project management expertise and experience managing cross-functional teams
- Exceptional communicator, able to quickly read and write technical specifications and documentation
