Requirements

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with game teams and PX Insights to align research with franchise product goals and strategies
- Partner with diverse teams to create insights that influence franchise and feature direction
- Present player insights and recommended actions to game teams and leadership, empowering data-informed decisions
- Refine and enhance departmental research processes to increase efficiency and influence
Other
- Degree in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Market Research, Data Science, HCI), or equivalent industry experience
- Team-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable working across time zones and remotely
- 3+ years of industry experience
