The Ohio State University's Center for Quantum Information Science and Engineering (CQISE) is seeking to strengthen interdisciplinary QISE research collaborations by hiring a Postdoctoral Scholar who can conduct original research and work with multiple faculty mentors across different departments.
Requirements
- A doctorate in a quantum related field such as math, physics, chemistry, electrical and computer engineering, materials science and engineering, or computer science and engineering.
- Expertise applicable to quantum networking systems and devices.
Responsibilities
- Conduct original self-directed research in QISE
- Work on joint research projects in QISE with faculty mentors
- Publication of research results
- Mentor other researchers (undergraduate, graduate, and some postdoctoral) and perform outreach in QISE
- Dissemination of research by presentation of results at national/international conferences and seminars.
