Requirements
- Basic computer skills
- Poultry Science, Animal Science, Agriculture, Supply Chain, or Business degree preferred
- Previous work experience of any kind is preferred
- Motivated self-starter who has the desire to learn from others
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Time management and multitasking abilities
Responsibilities
- Work in a variety of poultry production positions to become familiar with the various parts of the production process
- Gain exposure to operation support departments such as Accounting, Safety, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources
- Contribute to the company's success through innovative ideas and value creation
Other
- Actively enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program at an accredited university required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be within commutable distance to the facility, which is 60 miles or less
- Must include a resume to be considered
