Agile Group seeks a Power BI Analyst / Business Intelligence Developer to design and deliver dynamic dashboards that transform complex project data into actionable insights. This role supports Agile’s Program Managers and stakeholders by building high-impact visualizations that inform decisions across cost, schedule, and performance metrics.
Requirements
- Expert use of Microsoft Power BI (Desktop, Service, Report Builder).
- Strong knowledge of DAX, Power Query (M language), and SQL.
- Skilled in data modeling, ETL processes, and relational databases.
- Advanced Excel (Power Pivot, Power Query).
- Familiarity with Primavera P6, SharePoint, SQL Server, and Azure.
- Understanding of visualization and UX best practices.
- Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate (or equivalent BI certification).
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for project tracking, cost, and schedule analysis.
- Integrate data from Primavera P6, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and other sources; ensure real-time data accuracy and integrity.
- Build and optimize data models, DAX calculations, and KPIs to meet business requirements.
- Translate technical data into clear, executive-ready insights and summaries.
- Conduct requirements sessions, train end-users, and present results to stakeholders.
- Establish visualization standards, documentation, and report inventory for quality control.
- Validate data through QA checks and troubleshoot reporting issues as needed.
Other
- 3–5+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence, including 2+ years in Power BI development.
- Experience with project management or performance data (costs, schedules, resources) preferred.
