Itero Group is looking for a Power BI Developer to manage the design, development, and administration of data quality and statistical analysis, reports, and dashboards, including modernizing operations and revamping the EDW into Microsoft's Azure Cloud.
Requirements
- Advanced expertise with Microsoft Power BI software and DAX for the creation, modification, and maintenance of data displays
- Advanced expertise with using analytical software, including SAS statistical software and Microsoft Excel, for analytical and reporting purposes
- Experience with data mining architectures, modeling standards, reporting and data analysis methodologies
- Experience with analyzing and translating business requirements and use cases into optimized models, data flows, and developing report solutions
- Experience with and knowledge of relational databases, entity relationships, data warehousing, facts, dimensions, and star schema concepts and terminology
- Strong proficiency with SQL Server, T-SQL, scripts, and complex queries
- Experience with Azure DevOps and Agile / Scrum development methods
Responsibilities
- manage the design, development and administration of data quality and statistical analysis, reports, and dashboards
- plan, coordinate and respond to data reporting needs, set standards and define framework
- assist with large volume data processing, statistical analysis of large datasets
- revamping the EDW into Microsoft's Azure Cloud utilizing Azure Databricks, Delta Lake and Synapse, including compute, storage and application fabric, as well as services for infrastructure as a service (IaaS), platform as a service (PaaS), software as a service (SaaS) and serverless technologies
- create a centralized data model
- Develop report specifications - define the purpose of a report, its justification, attributes and columns, owners, and runtime parameters
- Develop graphic representations of complex business processes

- 5+ years relevant experience
- Occasional travel to Harrisburg, PA, for in-person meetings
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Advanced study preferred
