Ulbrich Stainless Steels and Special Metals Inc. is looking for a Power BI Developer/Data Analyst to transform raw data into actionable insights using Power BI and other analytical tools to support business decision-making.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of Power BI (or similar BI tool) and data visualization principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts)
- Understanding of ETL process and data warehousing concepts
- Exposure to DAX and Power Query in Power BI is a plus
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Power BI Dashboards and reports to support business decision-making
- Perform data cleaning, transformation and modeling to prepare datasets for analysis
- Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective visualizations
- Monitor and optimize report performance and implement best practices for BI solutions
- Assist in ad-hoc data analysis and generate insights to support operation and strategic initiatives
- Document process, data models, and report standards for future reference

- 0-2 years of experience in information systems
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Data Analytics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
