JARS Cannabis is looking for a Power PlatformBI Developer to play a key role in shaping how data drives decisions across the business, helping to scale data capabilities as the company expands.
Requirements
- Strong skills in Power BI, DAX, SQL, and Microsoft Fabric.
- Experience with Power Apps(canvas and model-driven) and Power Automate.
- Familiarity with API integration and connecting external data sources.
- Bonus: Experience with PySpark or Pandas for advanced data processing.
- Experience with Azure Data Factory, Dataverse, or Synapse.
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub and CI/CD best practices.
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy interactive Power BI dashboards and Fabric data solutions that deliver real business insights.
- Build automated pipelines and workflows with Microsoft Fabric and Power Automate to save time and reduce manual effort.
- Build and maintain both model-driven and canvas apps using Power Apps to improve processes across the organization.
- Optimize data models, integrate APIs, and leverage SQL to ensure performance and reliability across large datasets.
- Test, validate, and troubleshoot solutions, ensuring data accuracy and seamless user experiences.
- Monitor deployed solutions and continuously improve them for scalability and performance.

- 2+ years of experience in BI development or data engineering.
- Solid understanding of data analytics and business intelligence concepts.
- Strong communication skills - able to translate business needs into technical solutions.
