AFRL is looking to enhance its Digital Business Operations strategy by leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform to develop innovative, automated solutions that improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort, driving digital transformation initiatives and delivering impactful tools and dashboards.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Tableau, Power BI, and Power Apps in a professional setting.
- Strong understanding of data analytics, dashboard design, and user experience principles.
- Experience with additional tools or programming languages such as SQL, Python, or DAX.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop custom applications using Power Apps to meet organizational needs.
- Build automated workflows with Power Automate to enhance operational efficiency.
- Support data BI SME to build interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI for data visualization.
- Create reusable components and templates to streamline the app development process.
- Utilize Power Platform’s advanced capabilities, including integration with Microsoft Dataverse and third-party data sources.
- Implement best practices for app development, data management, and user experience to ensure clarity and usability.
- Build a platform in Azure that can digest forms, populate a structured database, and leverage Azure OpenAI for processing.
Other
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective application solutions.
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate users on Power Platform tools and best practices.
- Foster a culture of digital literacy within the team by sharing insights, tips, and techniques for citizen development.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Power Platform, providing mentorship and support to team members as needed.
