Crowe is looking to solve engineering initiatives within their agile/scrum Product Engineering team by hiring a Power Platform Engineering Specialist 1 who can influence the technical craft of the team and serve as a source of answers.
Requirements
Strong Understanding of object-orient programming (OOP) and Design Patterns.
Experience in .Net applications and SQL Server platform using T-SQL, stored procedures, and functions, a plus.
Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services and / or Power BI reporting concepts.
Excellent experience with C, HTML, CSS, JS / jQuery.
Excellent experience with model-driven Power Apps customizations with advanced configurations.
Excellent experience with Power Platform development via Plugins / Workflows / Actions concepts.
Experience with Power Apps Control Framework (PCF) development.
Responsibilities

Influences and at times set direction on tools, standards, and other way of work items for immediate team.
Ensures software meets all requirements of quality, security, scalability, extensibility, etc.
Identifies Proof-Of-Concepts for new solutions and/or technologies and provides pro/con inputs to the team for decision making.
Effectively communicates risks, trade-offs, pro/cons from a technical perspective to allow informed decisions.
Uses systematic debugging to diagnose all issues located to a single service and drives monitoring work across the team.
Other
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, Information Systems or engineering fields, MCA, or equivalent experience.
Excellent oral and written communications skills.
8 – 10+ years of relevant experience.
Must have worked in an Agile setup.
