MD Ally needs to transform raw data into actionable insights and build efficient, scalable reporting solutions to enable stakeholders to make informed decisions quickly.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Power BI Developer
- Experience building data visualizations and writing DAX or M formulas
- Experience building and managing semantic models in Power BI.
- Experience with basic Python or SQL scripting
- Solid understanding of relational data and data modeling
- Experience automating at least one recurring task using a low-code tool
- Experience contributing to at least one project integrating AI features into reporting or workflows
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI for internal and external customers.
- Develop and optimize semantic models and reusable datasets while consulting with and acting as the subject matter expert to our development team.
- Write complex DAX queries, manage connections to multiple data sources, and ensure datasets are structured for optimal Power BI performance.
- Develop and maintain simple ETL workflows—using Power BI dataflows, basic SQL queries, or Azure Data Factory—to prepare clean, structured datasets for reporting and manage data refreshes.
- Learn and implement low-code AI tools (e.g. Power Automate, Zapier, Claude, Lovable, etc) to assist in implementing efficient solutions to top strategic priorities.
- Assist with automated workflows, AI model integrations, and process streamlining
- Build simple apps or bots, implement AI tooling, and develop AI workflows in conjunction with cross-functional teams.
