Bosch is looking to develop software and functionality for embedded control systems for automotive applications
Requirements
- Must be currently enrolled in an university pursuing a degree majoring in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering (with Controls focus), Computer Science, Math or Physics (with Controls focus)
- 1+ year academic or industry experience with software languages and operating systems (real time OS, C, or embedded C. Additionally, assembly/ Linux, etc. desired but not required)
- 1+ year academic or industry experience with software development and debugging tools (MATLab / Simulink preferred and experience with Ascet, Labview, Lauterbach, etc. desired but not required)
- Experience with Formula SAE, Hybrid, SolarCar, First Robotics, FutureCar, EcoCAR type of activities is a plus

Responsibilities
- Perform rapid-prototyping to support functional requirement development.
- Develop manual and model based code according to specification.
- Deep dive analysis improving hardware-software interfaces and developing automated test software for software testing.
- Test and validate new software features in the vehicle, on an engine dynamometer, on a Hardware-in-the-Loop (HiL), Software-in-the-Loop (SiL), and/or Model-in-the-Loop (Mi
- Debug/troubleshoot software.
- Participate in program review meetings, interface studies, design review.
- Support customer test trips in hot, cold and high altitude environments and provide local expertise for software functions.

- Minimum of overall GPA of at least 3.0
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
- Must be eligible to work without sponsorship or have at least 3 years relevant full-time work experience.
