Virtasant is seeking an experienced technology leader to build and lead their global Technology Operations practice, focusing on cloud technology and leveraging artificial intelligence to transform operations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in technology operations, infrastructure management, SRE, or DevOps, including substantial experience in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proven track record implementing and leading technology operations solutions, especially within professional services or consulting contexts.
- Strong expertise in cloud infrastructure, automation tools, CI/CD practices, monitoring, and incident response.
- Demonstrated experience building and leading global, distributed technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead and scale Virtasant’s global Technology Operations practice, overseeing technical strategy, service delivery, team management, and innovation.
- Develop and implement technology operations solutions across cloud infrastructure, automation, CI/CD pipelines, and site reliability engineering.
- Provide strategic guidance and hands-on leadership for client engagements, ensuring high-quality delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing global team of technical operations specialists, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and technical excellence.
- Stay current on emerging cloud technologies and operational methodologies, proactively bringing innovation to Virtasant’s service offerings, particularly in the areas of automation and artificial intelligence.
