Moore is looking to enhance their data products and provide advanced predictive modeling and analytical project execution to help their non-profit clients achieve accelerated growth through integrated supporter experiences.
Requirements
- Strong command of SQL
- Proficiency in Python or R for model development and analysis
- Solid understanding of cloud data environments (e.g., Snowflake, AWS)
- Familiarity with Power BI or other visualization tools
- 2–4 years of experience in predictive analytics, data science, or consumer marketing
- Demonstrated experience delivering analytic solutions in a business setting
- Knowledge of direct marketing industry and concepts
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and improve predictive models and analytics solutions
- Contribute to enhancements of existing products and tools
- Translate complex data insights into actionable business recommendations
- Work fluidly between cloud-based and local environments using appropriate tools
- Provide mentorship and support to more junior analysts
- Consult regularly with internal and external stakeholders
- Present findings to internal and external stakeholders
