Capgemini is looking to bring onboard experienced pricing professionals to innovate the pricing function, including rate making, rating change, rating engine implementation, modelling and filing of new rate changes to become streamlined and future proof.

Requirements

  • Must have strong P&C insurance pricing experience, minimum 5 years
  • Have worked directly with insurance companies
  • Product pricing knowledge across multiple product lines - property, casualty across personal /commercial lines
  • Knowledge and experience of developing pricing models and methodologies for model scaling
  • Experience with pricing models, Rate order of calculation structures
  • Tool implementation and experience such as Earnix, Radar, Guidewire rating engine
  • Use of statistical tools/ modelling languages - SAS, SQL, R, Python, Excel with @Risk etc

Responsibilities

  • Help innovate the pricing function including but not limited to rate making, rating change, rating engine implementation, modelling and filing of new rate changes to become streamlined and future proof
  • Shape the future of pricing process through the implementation of scalable and standardised pricing tools such as Earnix
  • Reviewing and designing pricing models, methodologies and approaches with a view to streamlining and consolidating
  • Worked with rate making process that have been deployed across multiple states, with a focus on filing rate change and consideration of new rating variables
  • Maintaining model consistency when deploying and updating for all users
  • Have centralised capture of pricing input and output data for portfolio analysis
  • Improving operational efficiency associated with pricing

  • Ability to work with business stakeholders along with IT and data management leaders
  • Able to present recommendations for review and approval to senior management
  • Ability to build relationships and work with underwriters, actuarial teams and pricing colleagues
  • Self-starter and able to identify 'new ways of working'
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
