Oracle is looking to leverage AI, specifically Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI, to develop new solutions for healthcare and enterprise customers.
Requirements
- Experience with continuous learning / parameter efficient finetuning approaches and reinforcement learning.
- Experience with frameworks such as JAX and Pytorch
- Experience with LLM agent designs.
- Experience with synthetic data generation
- Experience with virtualization and sandboxed code execution environments
- Experience with Kubernetes
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement novel fine-tuning techniques using synthetic data generation and advanced training pipelines
- Create and maintain evaluation frameworks to measure alignment properties in models
- Develop processes to help automate and scale the work of the team
- Care about code quality, testing, and performance
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business and product requirements into AI projects
- Can balance research exploration with engineering implementation
Other
- Have strong systems design and communication skills
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, ML, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Certain US customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates.
