Transform how M365 users conduct Deep Research by finetuning LLMs, chain of thought techniques, intelligent information retrieval techniques or through agent orchestration to enhance M365 Chat, Researcher agent, Windows Companions, or highly personalized search and recommendations systems in widely used office applications.
Requirements
- 1+ years experience in Large Language Modeling (LLM) or Machine Learning (ML)
- 3+ year(s) experience developing and deploying live production systems, as part of a product team
- 5+ years experience developing and deploying live production systems, as part of a product team
- 3+ years experience developing and deploying products or systems at multiple points in the product cycle from ideation to shipping
- 5+ years experience creating publications (e.g., patents, libraries, peer-reviewed academic papers)
- 2+ years experience presenting at conferences or other events in the outside research/industry community as an invited speaker
- 5+ years experience conducting research as part of a research program (in academic or industry settings)

- You’ll share research findings through industry outreach, collaborate with the academic community, and help develop the recruiting pipeline.
