Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is looking to grow its Generative AI, Agent and Analytics services by building foundational technologies and enabling customers to apply AI to solve their business problems.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in deep learning, NLP, and Agentic AI.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and architectures.
- Proven track record of leading research and development projects.
Responsibilities
- Architecting, building and deploying cutting-edge, high-quality AI models and solutions at scale.
- Work with teams of applied scientists, engineers, and product managers to deliver high quality services backed by Generative AI models and Analytics solutions.
- Conduct in-depth research on conversational Agentic AI systems, from design and development to evaluation.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of scientists and engineers.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate GenAI, Agentic, and conversational capabilities into various applications and products.
- Identify new opportunities for conversational AI, Agentic AI, Analytics, and related technologies.
- Stay Updated: Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and advancements in the above fields.
Other
- PhD Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Linguistics, or a related field with a dissertation, thesis or final project centered on Machine Learning or Deep Learning with 6+ years relevant experience is preferred; Alternatively, Master's degree in any of the above fields, with 8+ years relevant experience.
- Strong publication record, including as a lead author in top-tier conferences or journals.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Certain US customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates.
