Requirements
- At least 3 years conducting user research
- At least 3 years conducting quantitative or qualitative primary research or data analysis (survey data, behavioral analytics, etc.)
- At least 7 years conducting research in large, corporate enterprises
- Has a solid understanding of tech, data capabilities and emerging technologies and uses this knowledge to inform their work and help their cross-functional team move faster and navigate technical limitations in service of the impactful solutions
Responsibilities
- conducting primary research studies, assessments, and testing
- oversee democratized research/testing conducted by others
- find and synthesize existing research and data to help teams acquire the knowledge they seek to make informed decisions
- collaborating with product managers, designers, and engineers to articulate learning needs, learning agendas, and research roadmaps
- track research questions and insights within your portfolio
- prioritize research activities including primary research, knowledge mapping, assessments, and testing
- identify opportunities to re-use learnings and collaborate on research that can serve multiple programs

- Relocation to Plano, TX is required if you're not located in the Dallas, TX area.
