DigiKey is looking to implement and support Business Intelligence (BI) solutions to deliver accurate reporting and actionable analytics to business stakeholders.
Requirements
Documented experience with BI technologies such as MicroStrategy, Tableau, SAS, Sigma, or similar platforms.
Administration of BI-related software and hardware.
Proven ability to design and implement BI platforms from the ground up.
Experience developing new applications, systems, or processes.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Experience presenting BI solutions to leadership teams.
Responsibilities
Design and develop BI solutions to deliver accurate reporting and actionable analytics.
Collaborate on data structure design to support BI initiatives.
Create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces to maximize BI system usability.
Apply core leadership competencies such as strategic thinking, business acumen, and effective people management.
Exhibit strong behavioral and leadership skills, including teamwork, sound judgment, achieving results, and leading by example.
Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, IT, or related field (or 12 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree).
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future.
