Charles Schwab is looking to shape the next generation Cloud strategy and solutions, requiring expertise in large-scale cloud design, AI, and Crypto technologies to transform the finance industry.
Requirements
8+ years highly technical experience with cloud design in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Experience creating detailed architectural designs in either GCP (preferred) or AWS
Experience with Cloud Security products and following secure design principles
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in cryptocurrency/blockchain platforms and protocols
Hands-on experience architecting AI/ML solutions, including data pipelines, model deployment, and governance
Coding proficiency with Terraform, Ansible, Salt or similar automation tools
Working proficiency with SCM and DevOps tool suites; examples include Git, Bitbucket, Bamboo, Jenkins, Concourse etc.
Responsibilities
Lead architecture design and delivery of secure, scalable, and compliant solutions across financial services, crypto/blockchain, and AI/ML domains
Ensure all designs comply with financial regulations, crypto-specific governance, and AI ethics frameworks
Ability to effectively transition your design reference materials to engineering organizations, and engineered solutions
Provide efficiently organized and designed logic, be highly motivated and well versed in developing robust easily maintainable cloud solutions
Experience creating detailed architectural designs in either GCP (preferred) or AWS
Experience with Cloud Security products and following secure design principles
Hands-on experience architecting AI/ML solutions, including data pipelines, model deployment, and governance

The ideal candidate will have experience in large-scale cloud design across multiple cloud platforms as well as a deep understanding and experience with AI and Crypto technologies.
