ERM Shelton is looking for a seasoned market researcher to design and manage quantitative and qualitative research projects, guiding analysis and reporting to uncover actionable insights from data for clients in the sustainability sector.
Requirements
- Expert in designing and conducting a broad range of market research methods with a very strong background in the marketing and messaging that changes behaviors.
- Client-facing experience using data to tell actionable and compelling stories.
- Strong marketing/advertising knowledge
- Excellent PowerPoint skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Prior knowledge of Slack, Monday.com and Teams a plus
Responsibilities
- Can design and manage quantitative and qualitative research projects, including guiding analysis and reporting.
- Sees beyond simple percentages and significant differences to the story of what the data means to make insights actionable for our clients.
- Collaborates well with internal team members in research, creative and account service to help lead our clients to inspiring insights.
- Has mastered the entire research process and enjoys sharing research knowledge and skills to develop talent on the research team and inspire members of other departments.
- Is methodologically agnostic with a passion for understanding what marketing and messaging can positively influence human behavior.
- Makes insights actionable, whether it is for product development, marketing strategy-building or creative campaign development.
- Creates synthesized, visually compelling presentations (incorporating clear tables, graphs and infographics).
